How This Works

1. Free Consultation
We will meet virtually for a free 30-minute call to discuss your needs and how I can support you during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

2. Virtual Birth Preparation
Together we will prepare for your birth through virtual visits focused on birth planning, comfort measures, advocacy, and postpartum preparation.

3. Labor Support
When labor begins, I will be only a call or text away for continuous encouragement and support.

4. Postpartum Guidance
Support continues after birth with virtual check-ins and guidance during your first two weeks postpartum.
